Wynn Site Development was established in 2007 by combining the talents of Tom Brinley Jr. with an extensive background in commercial and residential site development and Lee Smith with a background in site development and financial accounting. Many satisfied customers later, Tom and Lee continue to provide cutting edge services to clients across North Carolina.

Tom Brinley Jr. - President

Tom Brinley Jr. attended Wingate University before starting his career in site development. Tom Jr. got his start in site development working for his father in the family business for 17 years. During this time Tom was chief operating officer of Brinley's Grading Service.

Lee Smith - Vice President

Lee Smith graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting. Lee then took his talents to IBM where he worked his way up to a management position in fixed asset accounting. Lee then made a career change to become a Project Manager at Brinley's Grading Service overseeing site development projects and tracking job cost.

Aaron Smith - Estimator

Aaron graduated from Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management, with a concentration in Civil Engineering. He moved to North Carolina in 2002 where he began working with Brinley’s Grading Service as the Concrete Manager. Six months later he was promoted to Lead Estimator, and spent the next 5 years in that position. He then made the transition to Wynn Site Development where he continued on as lead estimator. In his time as estimator he has been involved in every aspect of project management including bid solicitation, accounting (both accounts receivable and accounts payable), job costing, job tracking and job close out. He uses Maxwell System’s Quest Earthwork, Road Work and Trench Work modules as well as Carlson Civil take-off software in his role as Lead Estimator.
